Daddy Update

I just wanted to let everyone know that Dad is recovering well. He is being moved today to a Rehab facility. He is totally off the ventilator. I understand from Christine that he has already attempted 2 jailbreaks!!! We still have not found Zulu, but I know everyone is still looking for her.

Have a Merry Christmas!! We will!!

  1. Please do everything to find Zulu. I want her reunified with her family. Maybe you should consider taking Lucy to the area - maybe Zulu will sense she is there and come. I am a worried dog lover in El Paso.

  2. And I'm a worried dog lover in Las Cruces. Is the Animal Rescue League still looking for Zulu? I'm worried that it's incorrect that "everyone is still looking for her," as it seems that individuals are being discouraged (e.g., by local landowners, via media outlets) from doing so. I would have loved to have seen the area flooded with volunteers - my lab and I would have joined in - early on in her disappearance. Still keeping my fingers crossed for the safe recovery of this beloved animal though. - Melissa G.

  4. Please do not give up searching for this dog. Do not assume that the search is still on. PLEASE go to this website and follow their suggestions. They work!!! There are folks in your area that will help. Please do not be afraid to ask them.

I'm writing from NW Montana...there are people who really do care whether you find Zulu. Don't be afraid to call this agency. It's not all about money..it's about this great dog!!! It's so great that your Dad was saved, now for his brave companion.

  6. Look at the great press you generated, Jason. Please keep looking for this dog. She could be baited, right there where your camera is picking her up. She must be soooo hungry. Please someone, get some help, bait this dog, set a live trap and save her before she starves to death! Please.
